Google Bad Review 1: I booked a taxi via their automated system but did not receive a confirmation message. So I called again and spoke with an operation to confirm the booking. I was waiting but no taxi turned up. I called to ask where is my taxi and they told me it will arrive in 25 minutes!! Stay away from this company.
