Google Bad Review 1: Very unprofessional. Not listening to the Patient and leave them without emergency supply of important medication for unknown reason.
Probably administration issue occurred.
Deciding over someon's life without knowing any health background.
The person we talked to called herself a doctor who wasn't able to check previous letters from the neurologist to find out (epileptic patient) need medication otherwise falling down.
She suggested go to A&E to get medication what my Husband taking back ages.
I hardly believe Staff need more training how to support Patients and not push them to extremely high stress situation.!!
Is should not happen with anyone in 21st Century!!!
