The moment you register as an NHS patient with this practice you will be recommended private treatment. If you do not “trust their recommendation” you will be delisted as an NHS patient without any prior warning.
The prices for their private treatments are not available on their website. So another red flag!
If you got time please browse their website – the virtual face of the business!
It is very unprofessional and not updated. Though on their Home page they advertise for new NHS patients if you click on Book an Appointment tab it says “We are not currently regestering new NHS patients”. Some of the links give you “an error message”. This issue was brough to the attention of the practice last year. Apparently due to the pandemic their website developer in India could not be reached.
Logically one has to think if somebody cannot invest couple of quid and a bit of effort to put on make-up on the face what quality of service you can expect?!
The decison is yours!

If the patient insists on NHS treatment , no matter how hard you have tried to “informed them of All options available” , you labell the patient “rude and agressive” without any substance. Just because the patient disagrees with your proposed expensive private treatment and informed you that they would be seeking second opinion, dosen't give you the right to make false allegations.
On the Home page it says:”We have limited New Patient NHS Appointments”.
The quote in my original message can be found via clicking on APPOINTMENT tab on your website.
