Google Bad Review 1: What an extremely horribly experience getting my custom made desktop fixed.

First of all, I am sure not all the reviews on this site are geniune. It took these guys 3 weeks to tell me what I told then when i gave my pc to them – check the power supply! Yogi gave my machine to some other company and asked me to chase it up with them myself. Those guys were great – seemed to know what they were doing – but took 3 weeks!!

Best to avoid this place and go direct to them. I’ve got my pc back – but with blue screen errors and SATA ports not working – so my additional two hard drives were not being detected!! I found out myself that the bios was not updated, so had to do most of the setting up myself. Lucky I am bit of a IT geek myself.

Would certainly not be going back there again!

FROM NEW NOISY THEN CD FAILED FOUND XP INSTALLED WHICH HAS NO SUPPORT FROM 2014
COLLECTED CONTACTED WHEN COMPLETE REPAIRS ADVISED CALL OUT CHARGE.BIG ARGUEMENT WITH V RUDE INDIVIDUAL.
SUBSEQUENTLY FOUND “NEW” DESKTOP MADE UP OF ALL COBBLED TOG OLD BITS
& ITS SLOWER THAN MY OLD DELL
LIKE THE NHS PC HORSEPITAL IS “TERMINAL” AVOID LOKE THE PLAGUE
