Google Bad Review 1: Very poor. Used to be reliable but most journeys always late now. Booked cab for 19:15 in the afternoon on Saturday 19th august, didn't arrive until 19:32. Booked a return for 12:15 and didn't arrive until 01:00. Freezing everything (yes in August) whilst continually get promises of 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 2 promises of 5 minutes and 2 minutes. When driver arrived he blamed the delay on traffic. Really, at 1 o'clock in the morning. The drivers do not know where they are going, cannot seem to be able to drive over 25 mph and want to overcharge. If they can't do the journey, don't take the booking. I've been loyal to them for years but sadly that loyalty is no longer returned.

Google Bad Review (2): Rude ***** on the phone cancelled a booking 7 hours before due pickup because it was snowing a little bit. Told him to keep it booked and see how the weather is in the morning and he said no. The snow has stopped now and it's all but disappeared on the ground. Rubbish service and hangs up on people mid conversation.
