Google Bad Review (2): What a scam dentist. I booked through Groupon and made an appointment. I called on the morning of the appointment to say I need to cancel due to a family emergency. They were not sympathetic and said they wouldn't resecdule the appointment. I asked about a refund and they were so obnoxious to say well you didn't pay the full price anyway you payed a Groupon price. It dosent matter!!! A Groupon customer should be treated the same as a full paying one!!!! I still paid and lost £65!!!! You had no empathy or manners over the phone after you stole my money!!!!!!!! Thanks for wasting my time and taking £65 and then you had the nerve to talk down to me because I paid Groupon rather than full price. Complete scammers and obnoxious staff!!!!
