Google Bad Review: Where do I begin to speak about Bright Star Care Services Ltd. If Google allowed me to give no stars to give a rating about this care company I would be delighted and over moon. Please to everyone I write this review for you all to read and be aware. Avoid to even go on the website and consider arranging them all take care of your family. My Mother had a STROKE and suffered bleed in her brain, the outcome of the stroke was that she would not be able to have any movement on her complete right side of her body. All the medical reports was spent to this care company and was ignored. My mother had all medical equipment provided from the NHS & Medquip for the care company to use. Once the carer arrived on the day they looked at all equipment and replied.
(I DON'T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO USE THESE) Equipment's baring in mind I called the care company to ask them have they had any experience with stroke patients and the reply was (YES WE DO FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS.)
Moving forward to the day to day care for my mother the positive side of this is that they are very good on time keeping arriving on time that's not the issue. The carer was called Anas she has no experience in providing support to help in transferring to the toilet or has no compassion, my mother hasn't even had a shower with this carer let alone a STRIP WASH. They was 2 incidents were my mother fell on the fall because of the lack of support by Anas, Believe me she didn't even give a hand to hold on too. Ambulance was called but everything fine no need for my mother to go into hospital. The second incidents was I asked Anas the carer to assist my mother to put her arm rest on her wheelchair this was the ultimate break point for me she totally ignored the command and simply walked out and drove off leaving my mother in this situation.

If anyone has had the same experience with Bright Star Care Service Ltd. Please do not get in touch with this company.
