Google Bad Review 1: Nice little shop though the unwashed staff could try paying more attention to something called ‘customer service' and less to fixing themselves cups of ginger tea. Surly women behind the counter simply held her hand out for payment, not a smile nor a ‘Hello'. I thought ‘Black Books' was meant to be fictional? Cheer up it's 2017, no wonder Amazon are thriving. One star for the shop alone.
