Google Bad Review 1: Very slow service, no one was serving tables despite the fact we’d booked a table. Lots of beers listed on the menu as being not available.

Google Bad Review (2): I visited with colleagues for drinks on a Thursday after work. It was busy but we found a vacant table after our first round. A waiter took the next order. After a 20+ minute wait we asked the waiter if there was a problem and he said “it didn't go through” – there was no record of our order, or an attempt to let us know. We didn't get much of an apology either beyond wavey hands and a shrug. Soon after, the next booking arrived and we vacated the table. I joined the bar and queued for another 10 minutes before reaching to the front.
At the bar “Nancy” was in a foul mood. She served people in the wrong order because she didn't care to look up. I've worked plenty of bars, and understand the pressure when it gets deep, but she wasn't making an effort – she'd given up. I was amused when she practically threw the card machine at the fella from Aberdeen who's heavily invested in your company… he was less amused.
The stouts were great but I'm not rushing back.
