Google Bad Review 1: Would be nice if the female blonde short hair would take a complaint serious then walking away telling me she will speak to the person later its not something I want to put in writing but she didn't want to hear about her supervisor being rude to me. Don't brush it under the carpet follow it threw the staff need customer care training eating on shop floor hiding away from customers. I asked four times no one wanted to help until I went to security female she called someone walking past absolutely disrespectful.

Google Bad Review (2): Actually stunned by the sheer incompetence of this brand and branch… I've had a delivery scheduled for 3rd November and had to chase up (taking a few hours of my time) to get the redelivered on the 13th and IT'S STILL NOT DELIVERED. No one picks up the phone and the most responsive team are the ones watching the social media pages…. I see they are delivering christmas trees this year – I wouldn't bet on them arriving before Christmas.
