Kept waiting on both occasions recently and without an explanation, until I required a reason.
I won’t be returning.
The Asian male assistant was never polite and I never saw a smile on his face. In fact I’d say he was rude.
The young tall sales assistant was the only one who had any decent customer service skills. I should know as I’ve spent my life in customer service and I’d never be like the rest of that team.
