Google Bad Review 1: Staff on reception are extremely unhelpful and are not welcoming at all.
This came as quite a shock considering the area they are based in and the money they charge for one to be a member.
Same reason why I left the harbour club, these ‘luxury' gyms/clubs are really not what they profess to be, I've received better customer service from places like pure gym and better gym.

Google Bad Review (2): DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. The General ‘Manager' is rude, arrogant and talks to her staff like nothing I've heard before. I've visited the gym a few times and she never changes. She runs around like a headless Chicken trying to be helpful, but as actually just stressing everyone out and making for a very uncomfortable experience. The other reception staff were great. They were friendly and relaxed. If only the General manager knew what she was doing
