FB Last Post Text: Meet Shefali Shefali Joined the team in January this year, and is our Lead Physio in the Hatfield clinic where she is based on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. After training at Nottingham University, Shefali worked in the NHS for six years before moving to a private practice in London from 2015-2021. Shefali is also trained in pilates. Now, she works with a very varied client based from younger patients, to office workers and older athletes…. Shefali's interests are in spinal and lower limb injuries, but she enjoys working with all types of musculoskeletal issues and likes the variety. “I am a total people person and enjoy forming strong relationships with my patients. Getting people going again and helping them return to what they love doing, is at the heart of what I do.” Outside of work Shefali loves spending quality time with her husband and daughter, as well as meeting friends for dinner.
