Google Bad Review 1: Members of staff was great but my is rubbish.
I just had my hair coloured and cut, the colour is unnoticeable it's waste of time and money really disappointed.
I wish I didn't get my hair done.
Apparently my hair it's too black, not my problem. i paid for it but I didn’t get what I paid for.

Google Bad Review (2): I made a booking on the telephone for a Kebelo smoothing Keratin treatment, having read the reviews of them containing no parables and nasty chemicals. The receptionist that took my call, was incompetent and incredibly simple. She couldn’t get my number right and we spent 5 minutes going over this. She booked me in for a day I did not want and eventually we confirmed the booking. I checked how long the treatment was which she said an hour.
When I arrived unsurprisingly my appointment had not been booked in. The manager came to speak to me. In a very abrasive manner said to me that it was not possible that I was booked in as she books all the appointments and my appointment normally takes 3 hrs. Well I said it definitely wasn’t her I spoke to as the person was young and with a local LONDON dialect. I made my opinion clear on how I found the receptionist, intelligence of a Pig. Yes I could of chosen better words but feeling pretty aggrieved at this point having travelled for last hour to get there. The manager lacked any kind of customer service skill. Completely defensive, hostile and speaking over me. I checked my phone, I had made the call and let the receptionist know. And on their own website they advertise that the Kebelo advantage system takes up to 1 hr. please don’t waste your time trying to book or spend any money in this salon. You will end up both the victim and apparently the abuser! Manager needs to learn the Old adage that the customer is always right rather than treat her customers as the wrong doer right from the off set.
