Google Bad Review 1: I’m not happy with their customer service first time i booked appointment one month ago with one of their stuff for Dermalogica but she was sick and they cancelled my appointment and booked for the next week but they cancelled again because of their stuff when they call me to arrange new appointment i said let me call you back but next day i’ve got text and email that we are waiting for you on your time , when i went to salon they said you had to call us to arrange new appointment, text and email always send automatically to who have booked online and sorry about that .
I became very sad and i paid deposit they didn’t refund until i sent them email and asked for it, after two weeks they refund , I informed them about money back by email but they didn’t respond to my email at all .
