Google Bad Review 1: If you value your time & customer experience go somewhere else. My appointment was for half-head of highlights & cut. After 3.5 hours the colour wasn’t finished. I asked how long was left and was met with total apathy for how long I had been there. I left without having my haircut: having been at the salon for 4.5 hours I was unable to be there longer (my hair takes 3 hours for highlights & cut). The booking system is helpful and provides guide for the time -my appointment should have taken 3 hours. I asked the hairdresser whether this was typical for how appointments were managed and told Saturdays are often busy, with no acknowledgement that appointments shouldn’t be managed in this way. When paying I mentioned my experience and was given a 20% discount.

Google Bad Review (2): I was recommended this place by someone and I went but 2 months later I'm still regretting one of the worst hair cuts of my life. I was a bit intimidated by the stylist and she basically did the opposite of what I asked for and kept justifying it.. I also wanted a consult on colour because I had a decent inch of regrowth but she couldn't be bothered because she just said “it looks fine”. This was just a really unpleasant experience. Shame because I heard good things about other staff but she was available the day I could go.
