Google Bad Review 1: I wish I coud give these theives 0 stars. There is a big sign in the window- trouser alteration £5. First time I went in no problem, the second time I dropped off two pairs, I went to collect them and was charged £20- double the price. I told the man that he'd made a mistake, that it does in fact say £5 and I'd had trouser hem taken up before and that's what they'd charged, he LIED and said that he'd explained that my very basic highstreet trousers were complicated. A BLATANT LIE AND A BLATANT THEFT. Avoid at all costs, if for no other reason other than the fact that they are not an honest business.

Google Bad Review (2): If I could give negative stars, I would. STAY AWAY.
I dropped off 2 suits for alteration (shorten sleeves and pant leg) on a Saturday morning, requesting pickup on Tuesday. “No problem”… I told the manager I was flying out of the country for a wedding and needed the suits. “No problem”… Tuesday arrives and the suits are rolled up in a plastic bag in the corner of the shop. No call, no apology. Manager's response was that I was being unreasonable for not accommodating an extra day because his tailor called in sick. English customer service, A+.
