Google Bad Review 1: I got an eyebrow piercing here and I’m very disappointed with the place. The woman that did it for me made it much wider than I said I would like, but it looked fine in the end so I didn’t mind much. I went back after 3 months to change the bar, but it seemed that the bottom hole had developed what I now know is a keloid around it. The guy who saw me at the time did not know that’s what it was and told me it must be an insect bite so I should wait for it to settle down. I went back again 3 weeks after that, and the woman there did not seem to know that it was a keloid either and again told me to give it time to settle down. She also did not know what size the bar I had was, and sold me a bar that was supposed to be the same size as the one I had, but when I got home I realised that it was actually much smaller. How could she not know the sizes of the bars? I even asked her several times, is this the same size as the one I have and she repeatedly said yes. A doctor friend of mine then told me that the bump around the bottom hole may be a keloid and that I have to remove the piercing or else it may become permanent. How could they have not known this? I should have removed this much sooner to avoid the keloid getting worse but they kept telling me to wait. In addition to this lack of knowledge and care, there is a British man who once answered the phone and was extremely rude. Same as a lot of other reviews have noted.
Bottom line – there are so many piercing shops in London, this one really does not seem that great or very careful in how they handle piercings.

Google Bad Review (2): The man running this is so rude. He runs another store next to it. I have brought three people to this place to get piercings, I would not have done so if I knew who was behind the store. This man has been so rude to me on two occasions and also to his staff. If you don't like customers, do something else. Ugh
