Google Bad Review 1: Took in a laptop with a small crack on the screen. They quoted £120-140 to replace the screen. Upon phoning them after not hearing from them on the day they were meant to phone me, they explained the screen was not availible from their usual supplier, and had to order it from another source (they apparently attempted to phone me to explain this, which they didn't). They were now quoting 170-180 for the repair. I went to the store to explain this was too much for me, so they wanted to charge me £45 for a ‘diagnostic fee', which included him taking the screem off and ordering the new one. I explained how rediculous that was, and managed to get them down to £30 (still rediculous). I asked him to power it on before leaving, and the screen was littered with cracks and looked smashed. It was far far worse than when I dropped it off with them. I basically paid £30 for them to make it worse. Would never use again, avoid at all costs!

Google Bad Review (2): To open an already broken screen frame and look up a price, informed me of a service charge of £30 after the fact. Really not cool.
Edit: I don't find surprising there's a service charge for diagnostics, just that is only mentioned after the fact.
