Google Bad Review (2): Beautiful little boutique but the manager needs a training on customer service. This was the worse service we ever received in a children shop. My 2 and half years old dropped a toy, we immediately apologized to the manager who was next to us. Instead of saying anything she looked at my son with annoyance and rolled her eyes in front of us. We just couldn't believe it, so my husband asked her if she was annoyed and her response was just poorly “you need to be careful with the toys” with a blaze tone. So we mentioned to her that if my son broke any toy we would pay for it! Instead of being remorseful she was very resentful to even apologize and move on! We had a credit note to spent and her lovely colleague came to the rescue and served us with a smile and politeness! She should learn from her or from the boutique next door, Marie Chantal staff seem to know how to interact with children and people! Poor, poor service!
