Google Bad Review 1: Awful – you can get better lash extension and service for half the price. The technician nearly blinded me with the amount of primer she put in my eyes. The lashes didn’t look good, they looked the same as when I arrived. Worse of all, when I asked how I can care for them to make them last for 6 weeks, the technician said they last only 2/3 weeks and that I’d need to come back for refills. The website states 6 weeks. What a joke. Spoke to the manager who has zero customer service – started to explain why I was unhappy and half way through our conversation she said ‘sorry, I’m really busy, I need to go and sort out another issue’ then left me, I was gobsmacked. No apology offered. I will be writing to their head office about the service – AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
