Sadly, a poor experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
I work locally in Victoria and have been to Bleecker 10 or so times now. I always pick up a burger and take it back to my office to eat. I always get a double bacon cheeseburger which is 11 quid as opposed to the single which is about 7.
Unfortunately the difficulty of placing two burgers between the buns proved to be too great for the team on today. Upon returning to my office I found I'd been given a single, and of course charged for the full thing.
I tried to call in to voice this complaint but unsurprisingly there was no answer.
Food is great, staff leave a great deal lacking.
