Google Bad Review 1: Showed up for my appointment to get a text as I was in the waiting area saying Tia was running an hour late and needed to postpone me. Extremely unprofessional to do so 20 minutes before my treatment. Will never go back.

Google Bad Review (2): Warning to anyone considering Microblading. As I have very sparse eyebrows (due to overplucking when much younger) I was interested to read about this procedure and duly booked an appointment last year with Tia. As I have blonde hair and fair skin I told her that I definitely did not want dark brows – if you have seen Amanda Holden or Tess Daly's eyebrows, that was the kind of shade I was after – and Tia assured me that would be fine. I brought along a few photos to give her an idea of the kind of shape I was after too.
As the treatment was being carried out, Tia, and another colleague who was in the room throughout, commented on how good my brows were looking so I was really eager to see the results. When I was finally handed a mirror I thought I was going to faint with shock – they looked absolutely dreadful and nothing at all like I had asked for. They were thick and black, giving the effect of having a couple of slugs stuck above my eyes!
I was dreading the journey home on the train and wondering what people were going to think when they saw me back home and I put on some glasses hoping that the frames would partially hide my eyebrows.
As I said before, because I have very light blonde hair and fair skin my thick black brows looked obviously fake and completely unnatural.
When I got home I shut myself in the bathroom and scrubbed at them with a wet cotton bud for ages and thank goodness that eventually most of the ink came off ( I'd say about 90% of it).
I am now back to using my eyebrow pencils again and would advise anyone who has a similar colouring to me to strongly think again about having this treatment.
How Tia and her colleague could think that I looked great is beyond me. She did not obviously listen to what I wanted – I was very specific about the colour and the shape – and I got neither.
Extremely unhappy and disappointed.
