Google Bad Review (2): Bishopsgate Institute advertised 18:30 start and emailed during the afternoon of the event confirming 18:30 start with a request not to arrive before 18:15. Arrived c. 18:26. Told event didn't start 'til 19:00 – turned out this was access time with event starting 19:30. No apology for breach of contract. No apology for email. Staff response ranged from patronising to aggressive & offensive.
