If anyone tried to serve this as authentic Biryani in Pakistan theyd be locked up. Very bland flavour, maybe suited to european palate.
The ultra tiny pot of watered down sauce passed off as raitha is a joke. Raitha is supposed to be made from thick yoghurt.
Samosas were good.
