Google Bad Review 1: The people who work here are very rude and arrogant. I made an appointment to see a relative and they refused me entry. They also called me and said my relative requested to see me, I informed them I’ll be there in an hour, when I went to the care home, they refused again. When I tried to explain, they said they’ll call the police. I have serious concerns about the welfare of some of the people at this care home and I will now be taking this issue further through legal channels.
