Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review): Ron Cray
Google Bad Review 1: I was locked out today and called Big C Locksmith. I was offered the service for just £49 and said they will reach in 20 minutes. After over 1 hour they finally reach our home and first thing I notice is that he came in a private car with no logo or business names just carrying a tool bag. He drilled out our lock instead of an easy plastic card swipe and charged us 500+ for this small job. We rang the nearest MLA (Master Locksmith Association) agent and heard MLA agent clearly told us this was an easy £49 job instead they robbed us. We called back their customer support to claim our money back and what happened was shocking. They threatened us over the phone and said “we know where you live and will walk down to our house anytime” they want. As a single mother I can’t be on streets fighting these Romanian locksmiths so I hanged up the phone myself.
Don’t ever use them guys its a scam use your nearest MLA agent and someone who knows what they do. This company only knows how to drill the locks out and no other techniques because its more profitable that way for them to scam.
Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review): John Long
Google Bad Review (2): This man turned up programmed me a new key and witch left me with the other keys not working. Following phone calls messages he is trying to charge me to come back out !!!
Do not use this cow boy
I’ve had some one round and need a new key and the key he has given me is a cheap after market. Lost £100 and given abuse on the phone
