Много некоректни. Лекарят е страхотен, но всички останали са непрофесионални и некомпетентни. Забавиха ми резултати повече от 10 календарни дни когато казаха че ще отнеме 3-5дни. В последствие ми искаха да заплатя голяма сума пари за да ми разчетат направените от тях изследвания и това да се случи след още 4 дни като вината за забавянето беше тяхна. Не бих използвала услугите им в бъдеще

My class was with Dr. Maneva at 3:30 p.m.
At 15.20 she received her patient at 2.30 pm, who examined her in 50 minutes! At 4.15 pm Dr. Maneva received her next patient at 3 pm, who was also dissatisfied with the long delay (especially his girlfriend).
I told Dr. Maneva that my class was at 3:30 p.m.
Accordingly, she replied that she had to see the patient at 15.00. And I refused to wait for another long examination in the range of 50-60 minutes.
I left very angry and disappointed!
I understand that Dr. Maneva needs almost an hour to examine the patient. But I do not accept the fact that I wait almost an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment with her!
Since there is a need for an appointment for an examination, then at the reception they should and should record the patients' time every round hour, not every half hour!
I have neither time to lose nor a desire to wait that long!

Останах разочарована!
Часът ми беше при Д-р Манева за 15.30ч.
В 15.20ч. тя прие пациентката си с час за 14.30ч.,която прегледа за 50мин.!В 16.15ч Д-р Манева приема следващият си пациент с записан час 15.00ч.,който също недоволстваше за голямото закъснение(особено приятелката му).
Казах на Др.Манева,че моят час е за 15.30ч.
Съответно тя ми отговори,че трябва да приеме пациента с час за 15.00ч.А аз отказах да изчакам още един дълъг преглед от порядъка на 50-60мин.
Тръгнах си много ядосана и разочарована!
Разбирам,че Д-р Манева се нуждае от почти цял час да прегледа пациента.Но не приемам факта да чакам почти час и половина след определеният ми записан час при нея!
След като има нужда от час за преглед,тогава на рецепцията би трябвало и е редно да записват час на пациентите на всеки кръгъл час, а не на всеки половин час!
Нито имам време за губене,нито желание да чакам толкова дълго!
