Google Bad Review 1: Appalling customer service by the manager when we returned an order which they got wrong. He was infuriated by the fact I had raised this issue and accused me of eating part of the food that I returned which of course I hadn’t.
As a regular customer I expected an apology and for them to at least fix the mistake they made. This is what any other reputable takeaway business would do.
It seems clear to me that the business has done well through its online platforms (Deliveroo and Uber eats) and now thinks it’s acceptable to treat its customers with zero respect.
Have used this takeaway for 10 years and will never return.

Google Bad Review (2): I made a order for me and my family . Once the order arrived I had food missing. I called the shop In hope they could redeliver but no . Got told by the manager that they would “sort it out “ on my next order at which I said that is not the response I expected and I wouldn’t be ordering next time. All they said is they can’t deliver now and they are to busy. Absolutely avoid!
