Google Bad Review 1: Great customer service when you buy a ring. However they promised three years of a full cleaning and polish service free of charge which they failed to deliver. Instead they did a ten minute ultrasonic clean which had no impact on cleaning my ring. Wasted my time going back there!

Google Bad Review (2): Terrible, terrible experience. We bought a ring nine months ago and then one day I looked down at my hand and noticed the stone had gone. There was no noticeable damage to the setting and nor do I remember anything that could have caused this. They were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful when we went in to report this and offered to do nothing at all. So I would strongly advise against buying from this store – the customer service is poor and their settings are of poor quality and cannot hold a stone safely during normal activities.
And In response to the reply below it is totally disingenuous because we went in and were treated appallingly by the store manager who offered no help or assistance at all and accused us of lying about the ring. Terrible service I’m afraid. I strongly advise not using this company.
