l spoke to some individual called jonne who accused me of having a attitude…l called because l was not given a welcome pack or any info regarding Covid 19…policy… l was booked onto a care package …which l declined…Rude staff..No info on policy..projected her attitude onto me…AVOID AT ALL COST…Lots of other good agencies around….Do not associate with this Horrible organisation …London branch
