Google Bad Review: I have just left the bethlem with my son Stephen Boyle at the adhd clinic. While I was there I tried to request a prescription from for my other son Benjamin Wilson. I was told after previously making a number of phone calls that were not returned that there were no psychiatrists for 2 weeks. There was no notification of this whatsoever.. I was then told he had been sent 2 letters by them requesting him to come and see a nurse. However he proceeded to call and tell them that he wanted to see the psychiatrist not a nurse. He phoned about 20 times. Not once did they acknowledge any off his calls. I know this to be true by my own experience trying to get hold of them. He has 4 tablets left. They are really strong so the come down will be extremely bad. They made no help or offer an alternative by getting in touch with another psychiatrist In fact they did everything to fob me off. I myself suffer from extreme mental health issues All I wanted to do when I left was wrap my car round the nearest lamp post I am absolutely discussed with their attitude
You are supposed to help people.
Not them fob them off.
Not treat them like a second rate person.
