Google Bad Review 1: We used the service last weekend. Taking things in and out of our flat went fine but when it came to the transit the men used a Tom Tom and arrived over an hour after us, having taken an awful route and gotten caught in traffic. When I spoke to their supervisor on the phone he failed to take any responsibility, despite the fact extremely simple and obvious errors were made.
I would only recommend this service to someone interested in additional costs and delayed arrival of the delivery truck. Otherwise, best avoid these guys.
Edit: since moving, we have also found our most valuable piece of furniture damaged. A writing desk worth hundreds of pounds, specially crafted, now has a corner and varnishing scuffed beyond repair.

Google Bad Review (2): I used Best Rate Removals for my home removal and the quality of storage and packing is shockingly poor, not to mention the service was also 7 hours late! Nearly every single piece of my furniture was scratched, chipped or damaged in different level. I was told by the delivery team of Best Rate Removals that the mattress was basically left exposed and uncovered in the storage the whole time, and it came dirty, stained and frame damaged…I am now trying to get in touch with the company for making claims and guess what, my emails have been completely ignored, when I know for fact that they normally respond very quickly before the completion of the job! It is unbelievable how poor their service is, despite the charge wasn't cheap at all!!
