Google Bad Review 1: I just went there today to get some information about bike size and what kind of bikes I should take if I want to use it only for my commute to work. To my surprise, the assistant was not friendly nor helpful at all. He just dropped the card on the desk and said: “h check the website. These are for professionals only!” I tried to ask if he can help me with the size of the bike, but that did not go down well either, I felt like I am the one who was insulting him.
I never put a bad review, and I do understand that maybe as an unprofessional commuter the bikes here may have been too much for my need, but none of the reasons above should give him the permission of making me feel like I was stupid to come to their shop.
I am hoping this review will pick up by the right management level to reconsider costumer service for amateur commuters who are just looking for some information and happened to work just across the road from this fancy bike shop. May one day they become professional and want to buy from them.

Google Bad Review (2): I'm only commenting on the coffee shop, not the cycling services. £2.50 for a pain au chocolate…and it's honestly not even good. It's quite possibly the most expensive takeaway pain au chocolate in the area, especially as it was quite average. Even the ones from Greggs or Tesco are better.
