Google Bad Review: One of the receptionists is incredibly difficult and seems to forget she's there to do a job and instead makes any clients or staff that ask her questions feel like the are an inconvenience. She forgets to ring you back on a regular basis, resulting in going round in circles just to speak to someone who CAN help. Late medications etc all because of one person. The rest of the practise seems to run smoothly. The other receptionists are great, administrator to the psyciatrists are great and the psyciatrist I have is good and gets things done although does make a lot of errors in JADE reports.
