Google Bad Review 1: Booked an appointment to get my brows done. When I arrived at the counter the lady very rudely told me that It was not possible for me to get my brows done as I was too late and the last appointment was a 1900. I then asked her to make sure that they did not have anything on the system. She then realized that my appointment had indeed been booked. However, she didn't even try to apologies and rudely said that she could not do anything. I had a confirmation email from benefit! Would not recommend
