Google Bad Review 1: Let me start by saying that I have NEVER left a bad review. I have been going to this salon for two years now and have always thought their work is generally above average. However, the past few times I have been attended by the older female technician and have been left SHOCKED. The first time this woman attended to me, we’re with infill acrylics and pink shellac, the shellac was place horribly on the nail and the shape was crooked, and the terrible attitude did not help but I still paid. After going home and showing my friends I realized that it was not in my head but it was simply a horribly done job. I returned to the salon half an hour later and someone else attended to me and fixed my nails. The second time, the job was done better but once I got home I had to file them again. This last time I’ve gone, I was so disgusted by the attitude that I didn’t even bother arguing for long and just left in shock and disappointment. When I got to the salon it was the same older woman I had already had the above experiences with, but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt, although I definitely shouldn’t have. This time, I asked for full set of acrylic ombré and showed the picture of what I wanted done (a picture of my own nails done by another salon), she said ok. She started working on my nails and when she added the tips, there was a gap between my natural nail and tip, which she attempted to fix but blamed my nail for it, yet I have never had this problem anywhere else where I have done tips. She then moved on to the acrylic, I started to get anxious about it but decided to trust the process. Once she had finished the acrylic and shaped my nails, she wanted to put the top coat done which is when I realized that it would’ve been the final result. The ombré was not ombré, it did not fade and looked horrible as seen in the picture. Furthermore, when I told her I was not happy with the work and showed her the reference picture again telling her that it looks nothing like it, she proceeded to tell me that she can’t do the nails in the picture AFTER spending an hour and a half there and did not bother trying to find a solution just told me that she’ll take it off. I have seen their Instagram pictures and have seen that they have done ombre, so that left me super confused. But what shocked me the most was this woman’s defensive attitude, which is why I am writing this review and left the salon as she made me feel like crying. I am saddened by this incident as I loved this salon and have been a loyal customer for two years and wanted to go back in a few days to get a lash tint. However, after this incident as I am sure it has happened to others, until she continues to work there I will not be going back. I have gone home truly shocked and crying because of how I was treated. I am 21, I don’t have high expectations, I am very shy so I never speak up about a poorly done job, especially if I was treated in a decent manner. But this woman has continuously made me feel horrible, hence this long review. I am also a student, so getting my nails done once a month is a luxurious treat which I look forward to which she has completely ruined. Furthermore, every time I leave I get an email saying that my appointment has been cancelled, which I find extremely odd. The worst experience I have ever had in my life.

Google Bad Review (2): Paid 45£ for a manicure&pedicure and this is the result. Even if the shop was empty they did not spend the proper time to file the nails (they actually didn’t at all). I would have done a better job at home.
