Google Bad Review 1: Not happy at all, a week earlier the guy said yes you will have courtesy car and we have a spare parts so we try to replace the aircon clutch pulley as it is most common issue in CRV. I came back one week later and I was really disappointed as I was not booked for courtesy car and I was booked only for diagnostic and the other guy said that my car will be not fixed for sure because I was booked only for diagnostic nothing else.
Nice message day before long trip to Poland.
This garage was highly recommend by my friend but now due to not good customer service skills I don't know what to think about it?

Google Bad Review (2): Not a great experience at all. They gave us a quote and but didn’t tell us it was without VAT so more than expected. We came back and they told us it needed more more gas than previously thought so it was £20 extra to start with. We paid and then we were told the AC doesn’t actually work and it’s going to cost £500-£600 to fix. So basically charged all that money and no further forward. I though it was supposed to be tested/services before being re-gased? Just not a great customer service really the way the technician was interacting with us. Shame.

Google Good Review: They were very professional throughout, refilled my air- conditioning gas within the 1h1/2 they said it would take (very busy today in 30°C heat). I would go there again, good service.
