Google Bad Review 1: Booked an interview with them which I had been looking forward to all week, then they did not attend it and refused to take any responsibility on their part. Become couldn't even spare two seconds of their time to call me and let me know the appointment was cancelled. What's worse, upon my insistence, management proceeded to blame me for not being understanding enough towards the agent who completely forgot about the appointment. Rarely have I seen an agency with such an abysmal attitude towards people.
