Google Bad Review 1: Please see picture… I booked Tannning for £29 thinking great deal as you can see 10 min free. Girls on the desk took payment confirmed 50 min. I used already 2 times and was very happy as I thought girls are super nice . Today I came and was great by Karla who I thought was nice till I had question about how many minutes I have left. She said …. minus does 10 min. I asked her that I have confirmed ON THE DESK AND PAID FOR 50. And show they website as well. Karl continue to say that she is new owner and that she still working on website,but don't worry go have a tan and I will see. I came back after tan her attitude was changed she tryed to explain that those 10 min is included in 40 min ..what is absolutely fine. I don't disagree if I understood wrongly ,but then she said ” you should learn math” .. I asked her to not to talk to me like this , phone ring and she pushed the phone in my face , I took the phone and the lady on the line said she is Karl's daughter and that no one have any problems ,only me . Then she continued yell on the phone ” if you can't count go home and don't come back” I am so shocked that in 2021 people ,owners can speak to client the way those 2 lady' spoke to me. They still own me 12 min of tanning and I am not going back . So disappointed

Google Bad Review (2): I rarely ever leave negative reviews but this is a warning more than anything. I went for electrolysis last Tuesday; I've had it a number of times before and no issues. It hurt a lot more than usual and the therapist said its normal. As I went to leave she said look in the mirror as she didn't want me to be shocked. I expected some redness; there were large spots with white heads filled with fluid all over the area and dark redness. I was unable to leave my house for 48 hours due to the pus filled blisters on my face. I called the salon after 48 hours and the manager said she didn't know about electrolysis so she put me back through to the therapist that did it; she said don't worry and send some photos. I sent her photos and three hours later she called back and said ‘yea, it's normal, don't pick the scabs when it starts to heal and in 1-2 weeks it will be fine'. I said I am not happy, it is not normal, that the heat setting was too high and I cannot go out like this. She just said and unemphatic ‘yea'. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back; it could have been an honest mistake but I expect some care, and at least offer my money back or to offer a complimentary soothing treatment etc! Terrible customer service.
