Google Bad Review 1: Pick and choose their customers!
I purchased a groupon voucher and trying to make an appointment. The merchant responded she is busy and fully booked

Also received a text message from the salon after rating them 1 start saying “thats why she doesn’t accept groupon customers”

I understand the salon can be busy but the fact that I was not even given a chance to make an appointment because I am a groupon customer?? I also had a look on treat well website and salon’s website both eye lash extension was priced much higher price than groupon. I basically got turned down due to I paid cheapest price. This is shocking and unacceptable.
Of course I can not comment on her work as I was turned away by her. Was looking forward to try this out since so many positive reviews etc. But the customer service is what I would avoid at all time.

So it is fair to say unpleasant and disappointed even without experiencing their service!!
Avoid this salon if you can, seriously.

Google Bad Review (2): Do not get an eyelash extension with Wendy! Waste of money and terrible customer service! Definitely not worth full price or even not the £39 paid on groupon.
First if you buy a groupon at Beauty at the go expect to call everyday to check for cancellation in order to get an appointment. If no cancellation no appointment. Then she did not give me the right address (the one on groupon is out of date). I received a text with the address at the time of the appointment letting me know that she forgot to give the right address as she moved some time ago. Thanks God I was cycling and could get there pretty quickly.
When I texted her the following morning to advise that lashes are falling down and already looking terrible she said that she has a busy schedule and no slot to correct it.
3 days later there are quasi no lashes left
Would defintely not recommend even for free as it would be a waste of time!
On the top of it, her reply below proves that she is a PATHOLOGICAL LIAR. How pathetic are you!
