Google Bad Review 1: Just called to make a few enquiries and an appointment. Thought the conversation went fine as I booked in for 3pm. Before she put down the phone the lady that owns the salon said “she doesn't know what she's doing this girl, anyway…”. Firstly I'm not a girl, I was going to be a paying customer, secondly isn't it your job to provide answers to question about the products and services you provide. Thirdly, I am also a local business that was trying to help another local business as I go past and see how few clients you ever have so decided to use you rather than my usual salon on a day that I had a spare hour. I know now why your salon is so quiet. Lack of professionalism. When I called her back to tell her I had heard what she said instead of apologising she told me “well you don't do you”. Nice! Not rude at all!
