Google Bad Review 1: Recommended a ‘Dr Russo”. who charged an exorbitant amount, results were horrendous. Trying to get information from him and he cannot remember the appointments, and tells wrong information. Also Beauty Essence took money from my credit and will not explain why, cannot get through to the salon, so have to go through this way. Beware of Dr Russo.

Google Bad Review (2): I used to go to this Salon before I went on maternity leave when it was in Soho. Unfortunately I booked an appt on line without realising they'd moved. When I phoned to explain my mistake I was told very rudely that unless I could make another time on that day I would be charged the full consultation fee. I wouldn't recommend this salon at all, I understand that there is a cancellation policy, but as someone who was happy to go on another day and had made an honest mistake, I'm pretty disappointed. There are plenty of places out there that care about their clients more than Mary clearly does.
