Google Bad Review 1: The services given to revisiting customers are barely satisfactory .. the product used for wash and blow dry service (I.e tea tree mask ) made my hair too fragile and rough.. there is no personal touch while giving services .. I was booked for late evening slot for cut, wash and blow dry plus manicure pedicure and without being aware that I am exorcted to pay tiwards their staff overtime .. I booked for wash and blow dry servce from treatwell with an understanding that it will include hair cut and when spoke to staff on phone to reschedule my appointment – I kept on saying that I am coming for cut and wash and blow dry .. but not once the staff suggested what u saw on treatwell is only wash and blowdry. If as customer I had some confusion then the service provider is liable to correct me upfront rather than tell me in the middle of service sorry cut is not included.. because of all this miscommunication, no customer guidance for right product type based on type of hair and staff in hurry to leave due to late evening appointment I will rate the last experience with them as very poor as the outcome of this is unruly hair (due to tea tree mask ) ; hair length shortened exessively ( even after suggesting only 1inch will be taken off) plus charging additional for hair service even though cut was included but no blowdry given .. quite unhappy with the last outcome and how it was managed by the owner.

Google Bad Review (2): Had my hair completely ruined and my beard was grisly too. Told the hairdresser that I liked it the way it was now just needed trimming, so why did he feel the need to cut the back of my hair and sides unnecessarily shorter? The beard looked mangled and unkempt still. Utterly dreadful experience, and then I was expected to wait for my eyebrows to be waxed behind customers that had waited 5 minutes after having my hair destroyed for 30. I encourage anyone to take their business elsewhere in the future. Took months for me to grow out my hair to look reasonable again.
