Google Bad Review 1: BVH diagnosed my dog with cancer? Took £800 to do a biopsy and now over 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for the results. I was told someone would call within 10 days but only received a call from a very rude, cold and unemotional vet who didn't know anything! They are pushing chemo on my dog but don't know if he still has cancer! MONEY MAKING SCHEME! Receptionists think they are vets and try to advise over the phone and make false promises! This clinic has really gone down hill and they do not care about the animals! If they did, I wouldn't be waiting and chasing biopsy results for over 10 days now! Absolutely disgusted! The receptionist almost told us that they do not vaccinate dogs that are sick! I've done my research and I now know that this is absolute BS!
