Google Bad Review 1: I took an expensive mattress topper to Beaufort Park Drycleaners in good faith the result of which I am unable to use the topper again.
No compensation has been offered by the company even a refund on my cleaning charge and aside from offering to clean the topper again which would make it even worse the responsibility has been put on myself to take the topper back to where I purchased it with a letter from Beaufort Park Drycleaners explaining how it was cleaned to find out why it was ruined.
I am 73 years of age and without doubt I regret that I consider that the customer service from this company is amongst the worst that I have experienced and
I would never under any circumstances use
Beaufort Park Drycleaners again or recommend the company to anyone else.

I came across this Beaufort Park Drycleaners having accessed other services in the Beaufort Park area, wanting a more competitive dry cleaning service than the current dry cleaners I was using, especially for alterations. I visited and promised to return to patronise them.
I dropped off five pairs of trousers, a blazer, and a zip-up cardigan. The blazer, one pair of trousers and the cardy were for dry clean only, all others required alterations, which I stipulated one of the trousers (the one to be dry cleaned) be used as a sample.
Upon collection to my amazement the blazer and trousers were still dirty, carrying all of the initial dirt marks, but clearly pressed. There were oil marks on the sleeve of the blazer, and on the legs of the trousers, stains and brown dirt – all unique signs of a dirty garment. To my astonishment the clerk argued till he was blue in the face that the blazer and trousers had been cleaned.
Out of the four trousers that required alterations, two of them had completely ignored my spec on the tailoring. In fact, it was difficult to see what alterations had been carried out.
My grievance is this. BPD informed me only upon collection that they don't in fact dry clean on the premises, that being the case one would expect that extra attention would be paid to the quality of cleaning and tailoring. They argued vehemently that the garments in question had been cleaned when there was clear evidence to the contrary. When I proposed that the payment be waved, I was told the policy was to attempt another clean if the customer wasn't happy.
When I suggested that they had given me very little so far to trust that they could handle that given the blatant oversights that had occurred, I was met with staunch resistance. This for me was the real disappointment. The unwillingness to concede to what was at best an embarrassing oversight, and at it's worst gob-smacking incompetence!
I was charged for both the poorly executed alterations and the dry clean, I believe I paid £81 approx.. No concession whatsoever. No care or bother about the quality of service, instead just stone-faced determination to secure payment for services rendered disgracefully.
Cheap outfit, out to make a quick buck, no matter the cost.
