Google Bad Review (2): Read the first two reviews….All I can say is they must be staff.
I took my car for MOT yesterday, 2nd year running. Last year it failed due to my nearside and offside gaiters needing replacing. Which I did at a cost of £189. (£45 per hour labour) Plus the £45 for the MOT.
Took the car back this year, low and behold, my nearside and offside gaiters need replacing!! When I questioned this and showed last years receipts for the work that had “Supposedly” been carried out, I was told that “sometimes they drop off” Really!!! Really!!
I also needed a front track rod end ball…Had it fitted at a price that was quoted at £185. They ended up giving me a discount because of my trouble. When I rang the next day to see if the tracking had been done after fitting the ball joint, no one seemed to know. Next year they could offer to do the MOT and works for free and I'd still take my car elsewhere. I have no faith in this company whatsoever
