Google Bad Review 1: I have recently used the dealership to have some remedial work done on the car. I booked on line and turned up for my appointment and my car was not booked in. I was then asked by the receptionist whether I had the right date and dealership. I was passed on to a service advisor, it has been an ongoing problem that my car has not been recognised since I purchased it from this dealership. I was informed that the car could be seen and all my details have been updated. I had a call to let me the car was ready for collection. I arrived to pick up my car which had been cleaned and fixed but a used face mask had been left on my passenger seat.
Following on from this I have tried to contact the dealership twice and as my tailgate is now not working correctly without success. I have been contacted by phone and email twice asking for a review for this dealership.
I have never received this kind of service and do not feel I am appreciated as a customer of a high value car and under the umbrella of Jaguar.

Google Bad Review (2): Hide manny details as they don't tell you exact amount to pay like not tell you the labour cost ? and calling and using incorrect by name . I have confirmed manny times my right name but still call and use wrong name . Look like they over charge alott. My car was not even wash and i have paid £3000 . Just to do MOT . labour cost was charged £1400 . I felt its way to much charged .
