Google Bad Review 1: Did not receive the subtle and whispy lashes that I showed through numerous pictures that they had posted. Instead I got a very cluttered set of lashes that looks worse that £5 strip lashes. No time given to discuss the results privately. They just rushed to close and go home. Very disappointed after a long journey there. Total waste of money and time.

Google Bad Review (2): First and last visit. Lashes done by inexperienced “technician”. Booked full volume was given light volume. Asked for open eye effect and was given a pathetic attempt at open eye were the majority of the lashes where the same length and barely any lashes were applied on the inner corners resulting in a look I loath. Was not asked nor shown lengths and curls to chose from. Asked for a super wispy look and was given a laughable attempt, they must not understand what wispy is. Fanning of the lashes lasted seconds resulting in strong fumes hitting my eyes when I opened them. I asked for the sensitive glue, normal glue used and now my eyes have reacted with itchiness, swelling and redness. I was not given a single ounce of advice for after care, not a patch test prior just a “ok you’re done, here’s your receipt goodbye”. They obviously don’t care about new custom and are selective with their interest. 2 days in and half the lashes have disappeared. Waste of money and pathetic service. Go elsewhere with better professionalism, care and service that actually delivers what the client requests and takes steps to ensure a customers health isn’t compromised. I will be consulting a solicitor regarding my experience as this caused me massive discomfort and inconvenience during a work trip.
