Google Bad Review 1: This new care home cater only for people who are well off . The interior ornate well but there are underlined problems with management . There are no residents in house yet more than 7staffs left . The manager taking the mickey out of staff by playing chess with their rota and not accommodating to where children and family life is concerned. All staffs at Baycroft are frightened of the manager and afraid to speak because they might be dragged in to a disciplinary meeting or worst case get the sack . They are all there suffering in silence .This is alarming and need the attention of Mr Richard Hill to drop by urgently to speak with all members of staff. The management staffs abusing their power of position.This home is off to a bad start and need to be looked into sharpish.
